Change rarely comes with a playbook. Most of us get dropped into new situations and are expected to figure them out, often on our own.That’s been most of my career. Over the past 12 years I’ve built and led data and software teams across startups, scale-ups, and global companies, usually in moments when something important needed figuring out and there wasn’t a clear answer yet.Over time, I got comfortable in the middle. Between business and tech, leaders and teams, mess and clarity. I like helping people make sense of what’s actually going on and decide what to do next.That’s the role I play now.
